16 cl Wasser
50 g Butter
1 TL Salz
130 g Mehl
2 Eier + 1 Eiweiß
70 g Greyerzer-Käse
Zubereitung

Place the water, salt and butter in a pan. Bring to the boil. Lower the heat. Add the flour all in one go. Mix well to obtain a thick dough that easily detaches itself from the sides of the pan. This shouldn’t take more than a few seconds.

Remove the pan from the heat. Add the eggs one by one, whisking hard. Stop when each egg is well mixed in. Add the egg white, still whisking hard. Mix until it is well mixed in and the dough is even. Transfer to a bowl. Add the cheese. Leave to cool for a few minutes.

Lightly brush the ActiFry pan with oil. Move the paddle down to the right, on the handle side. Form 12 gougères of approx. 25 g each, placing them in the ActiFry pan as you go along. Close the lid.

Cook for the time indicated.

Remove the cooked gougères. Without burning yourself, move the paddle down to the right, on the handle side. Do the same with the rest of the dough: form 12 gougères of approx. 25 g each, placing them in the ActiFry pan as you go along. Close the lid.
